RATES
All rentals
are charged standard tax of 11.42%.
Rates are based on 1 -2 persons,
for
each additional person we charge $10 per day
General cleaning fee of
$65.
For the Sunset Suite, Island Surf Condo & Napili Village Condo we
charge $75 cleaning fee if occupied with 3 persons.
Until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice.
Check in time 4 PM, check out time is
10 AM. .
Late check out is $50. No exceptions!
5 nights minimum unless to
fill openings between other bookings.
!!!! We
offer a 10% discount for Lufthansa, United Airlines or American Airlines
employees for bookings 7 nights or more !!!!!
All our
units are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside
only.

We can accept short stays under 5 nights if you
are contacting us close to your travel dates and if we have openings or your
short stay happens to be very close to an existing booking.
Please complete the request form, we welcome all
inquiries.
Sometimes we do offer specials for late bookings if they happen
to fit our calendar!

within 24 hours!
Cancellation Policy:
- An initial deposit of $200 is due at date
of booking.
- In case the rental was cancelled 30 days
prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration
fee.
- All balances are due 30 days prior to
arrival date.
- Once balance is paid in full, a refund is
only available if those nights can be re-rented. Every effort to re-rent those
nights will be made.
- If a full re-renting of those nights is
made, a $100 administration fee will be retained. All other funds will be
returned.
- Bank fees for refunds may apply at your
charge.
- The deposit will be refunded at
departure. Cost for damages or repairs will be retained.
